A complete martial arts program addressing all ranges of fighting formulated by Richard Bustillo (original student of Bruce Lee and inductee in the International Martial Arts Hall of Fame) in accordance with Bruce Lee’s  Jeet Do training concepts.  Ages 14 and up.

Training consists of :

• Muay Thai Kick Boxing
• Ground Grappling
• Filipino Martial Arts
• Jun Fan Gung Fu/Jeet Kune Do

Karate’s not just for kids in Palmyra. We also offer classes for the beginner adult and for those with previous experience. Classes are at the Palmyra Middle School Auxiliary Gym. They are held throughout the school year and summer months.

Dates:

• Beginners - Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:15-9:30 PM
• Advanced - Wednesdays 8:00-9:30 PM

Costs:

A Beginner Karate class designed to build self-confidence, increase awareness, concentration, and discipline for students 8 – 13 years old and Continuing Karate for those 8 – 14.  These sessions are held at the Palmyra Middle School Auxiliary Gym. Classes are held throughout the school year and summer months.

Payments must be mailed to, or dropped off at the PARPC Office.
