Pick-Up Co-Ed Volleyball
Competitive co-ed adult volleyball will be played Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 8:00 - 10:00 PM at the Palmyra Middle School gymnasium.
Fee: $5 per night or $60 per session (both Tuesday & Thursday) or $35 (for either Tuesday or Thursday only). Pre-registration is not required.
Program runs through April 24, 2008
No volleyball when school is not in session.
Men's Pick-up Basketball
Pick up basketball at Pine Street Elementary School on Tuesdays and Thursday evenings from 9:00 to 10:30 PM.
Pick-up runs through March 6, 2008.
Fee: $3 per night or $5 per week.
Indoor Walking
Indoor walking will be Tuesday and Thursday Evenings at the Palmyra Middle School from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
Fee: $25 (for new participants) Pre-registration is required. (Please arrive between 7:30pm and 8:00pm)
Program runs through April 24, 2008

Jazzercise
Come join us for a high energy, dance based aerobics program in a non-competitive environment. Hear a variety of music- from
pop and rock to rap….from latin and jazz to country . Jazzercise is the largest international fitness program in the world- come and see
why! Whether you already participate in a fitness program, or whether you are brand new to a fitness program, Jazzercise is great for
all levels of fitness and dance abilities. Jazzercise mixes kick boxing, latin and jazz dance, and pilates, yoga and traditional strength
training to formulate a safe, effective, and fun hour.
Evening classes - Mon & Wed 6:15pm to 7:15pm
Fee: $45 per session; $55 (non–resident ); $5.00 (walk in fee)
Classes are in Forge Road Elementary’s all purpose room.
Session 1: February 4, 2008 through March 17, 2008 (No class 2/18/08)
Session 2: March 31, 2008 through May 7, 2008
