Zumba "fuses hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout system designed to be fun and easy". Latin inspired dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements.

Competitive co-ed adult volleyball will be played at the Palmyra Area Middle School Gym, 50 West Cherry St. Palmyra. Register on site.
SESSION 2 - Jan 5, 2010 to May 20, 2010
- Fee- $5 per night, $70 for full session (Tues & Thurs) or $40 for either Tuesdays OR Thursdays.
- No Volleyball on 4/1/2010
Indoor Walking
Tuesday and Thursday - 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM
- Held at the Palmyra Area Middle School 50 West Cherry St, Palmyra. (Please Arrive between 7:30 - 8:00 PM).
- Session 2 - Jan 5, 2010 - May 20, 2010
- Fee - $30.00 per Session
Men's Adult Pick-up
Basketball
Over 18
Mondays and Wednesdays 8:00 PM 10:00 PM
- Held at Pine Street Elementary School, 50 West Pine St, Palmyra.
- Open to men 18 years of age and older who have graduated High School and who live in the PASD.
- Basketball Fee- $5 per night. Needed - PA Drivers License (or proof of residence) at time of registration. Register on site or at the PARPC office.
- Season- November 2, 2009 to April 28, 2010.
- No Basketball- 11/30/09, 12/28/09, 12/30/09, 1/18/10, 1/25/10, 2/15/10, 3/22/10, 3/31/10, 4/5/10.
