  • Classes are held at the Palmyra Area Middle School Auxiliary Gym on 50 West Cherry St, Palmyra.
  • No Walk-ins.
  • Fee- $50/month
  • Pre-Registration is required, either online or in person at the PARPC office in the Palmyra Municipal Building, 325 S. Railroad St., Palmyra, 17078.

Children's Beginning

Karate

8-13 Years

Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:00-7:00 PM
A Karate class designed to build self-confidence, increase awareness, concentration, and discipline. . The sessions will meet at the Palmyra Middle School Auxiliary Gym. Classes are held throughout the school year and summer months.

Payments must be mailed to, or dropped off at the Palmyra Recreation Office.

Continuing Karate for

Children

 8-14 Years

Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:00-8:00 PM
Karate classes for children with previous karate experience. Session will be at the Palmyra Middle School Auxiliary Gym. Classes are held throughout the school year and summer months.

Adult Continuing Karate

Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do


14 and Up

Mondays & Wednesdays 8:00-9:30 PM

Real life fighting has no rules. Using Bruce Lee’s "Jeet Kune Do concepts", discover a form of self-defense which acknowledges and confronts all possible attacks. This program focuses on natural body mechanics for function and the development of attributes needed for application rather than techniques. Learn to discipline your mind and body to react successfully to real life situations.
