Children’s Beginning Karate
A Karate class designed to build self-confidence, increase awareness, concentration, and discipline. The course is for children 8 to
13 years of age. The sessions will meet Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00 – 7:00 PM at the Palmyra Middle School Auxiliary
Gym. Classes are held throughout the school year and summer months.
Fee: $35 per month, Non- residents $45. Walk-in classes are $8 per class.
Payments must be mailed to, or dropped off at the Palmyra Recreation Office.
No Karate when school is closed (instructor will advise if there are other cancellations)
Continuing Karate for Children
Karate classes for ages 8 through 14 with previous karate experience. Session will meet Tuesday and Thursday evenings from
7:00 – 8:00 PM at the Palmyra Middle School Auxiliary Gym. Classes are held throughout the school year and summer months.
Fee: $35 per month Non- residents $45. Walk-ins are $8 per class.
Monthly payments must be mailed to or dropped off at the Palmyra Recreation Office.

Adult Continuing Karate
Karate classes for ages 14 and over will meet Tuesday and Thursday evenings, (for beginning adults) and Wednesday evenings (for
advanced students only) from 8:00 – 9:30 PM at the Palmyra Middle School Auxiliary Gym.
Classes are held throughout the school year and summer months.
Fee: $35 per month. Non- residents $45. Walk-ins are $8 per class.

Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do
Real life fighting has no rules. Using Bruce Lee’s "Jeet Kune Do concepts", discover a form of self-defense which acknowledges
and confronts all possible attacks. This program focuses on natural body mechanics for function and the development of attributes needed
for application rather than techniques. Learn to discipline your mind and body to react successfully to real life situations.
Ages 14 and up. Class held Monday and Wednesday evenings, 8:00pm to 9:30pm.
