REGISTRATION/GENERAL INFORMATION
In order to alleviate any registration or payment problems, please adhere to the following registration guidelines. Make checks payable to "Palmyra Area Recreation Commission." The Recreation Commission reserves the right to cancel any class that does not reach minimum enrollment. In this case, each participant will receive a full refund.
Once you register and pay the appropriate fee, it is your responsibility to attend the activity. No confirmation will be sent unless you wish to provide a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
Refund checks will be issued with the following stipulations. For multi-session programs, if cancellation by an individual occurs on the date before a class begins, a $5.00 administration fee will be deducted from the refund. If the cancellation occurs after the first class, but before the second class, and administrative fee of $10.00 will be withheld from the refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations after the second class. Weekly camps; refund forfeited after completion of first day.
You may register for any program in the Recreation Office, or with a mail-in registration form (PDF). NO PHONE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Payment is due with all registrations. A $25.00 charge will be attached to all checks returned for non-sufficient funds. Download the PDF registration form (Click here to download the registration form). Our winter weather policy is as follows: If the Palmyra Area School District closes for inclement weather or any emergency, all Palmyra Recreation Commission programs are cancelled for that day. Listen for cancellations on WQIC-100FM radio in Lebanon and TV stations WGAL and WHTM. If you require additional information about anything in this brochure, please call 838-9244.
